PENETRON® gives the water resisting properties to monolithic concrete, and precast concrete designs. It prevents water penetration under pressure, protects concrete from influence of acids and alkalis, industrial sewage, mineral oil, sea water, aggressive ground waters, carbonates, chlorides, sulphates, nitrates, and also raises frost resistance and durability of concrete.

Features of the waterproofing with application of Penetron® materials:

• active chemical components of materials of Penetron® system get deeply into concrete and cause reactions within which capillaries, microcracks and voids of concrete in size to 0,4 mm are filled with insoluble crystals

• application of materials allows to raise a class of water resistance of concrete and ferro-concrete designs not less than by four steps

• application of materials allows to provide a durable waterproofing – within all service life of a concrete construction

• application of materials are effective on the concrete of W0 type (with capillaries, microcracks and voids up to 0,4 mm)

• both interior and exterior surfaces of a design can be treated by the materials irrespective of water pressure direction

• materials of Penetron ®system are applied only onto a damp surface or a green concrete surface

• preliminary drying of a surface is not required

• technonology of materials application does not demand difficult and long preparation of a surface

• in case of mechanical damage of the treated surface the obtained waterproofing and protective properties of a concrete design do not vary

• materials are applied under influence of hydrostatic pressure

• materials are simple in use. It is necessary to accurately follow the instructions on application

• materials are applied in facilities are being built and constructions maintained

• materials are more effective and economic in comparison with other ways of waterproofing

• the treated concrete keeps vaporpermeabilty

• the processed concrete surface gets corrosion firmness to influence of chemical substances
