Penetron Admix is dry building mixture includes special cement and the patented chemical additives. It is used as the additive into the concrete at a stage of preparation to get hydraulic industrial concrete. Gives water resistance of concrete and reinforced concrete designs at the stage of concrete casting, concrete and ferro-concrete products at the production stage. Raises the indicators of water resistance and frost resistance of the concrete. Protects a design against agressive environment: acids, alkalis, waste and ground waters, sea water. It is applied for water resistance of the cast-in-place and precast concrete and reinforced designs having pores, cracks with width up to 0,4мм. Peneplug/Waterplug is the dry building mixture, includes special cement, quartz sand with the special
granulometry, the patented active chemical additives. It is used for fast liquidation of pressure leakage in the designs made from concrete, brick and natural stone.
Peneplug Features: short time adhesion during 40 seconds at the temperature of the added water +200С , ability to expansion.
Waterplug: short time adhesion during 3 minutes at the temperature of added water +200С, ability to expansion. The materials are applied in combination with Penecrete and Penetron. The material is ecologically pure, nonradioactive. It is allowed for application in potable water supply. It is certificated for the application in construction.
Penebar is a strap of rectangular section , its composition includes special composite materials. It is applied to seal of horizontal and vertical working and constructional joints of the underground concrete constructions being built, and in the places of engineering communication lines during the construction and concrete designs being maintained. It has ability to increase in volume in the presence of water. Possesses low water penetration and high firmness to hydrostatic pressure, the properties of this material do not change within the period of time and its service is not limited, Penebar quickly and simply is installed, without special instruments, jobs are made practically in all weathers, the year around. It has good adhesion to plastic products. It is applied only in combination with Penecrete and Penetron to repair inputs of communication lines and with Penetron Admix. This group of waterproofing materials has received the name “penetrating” because of the property to penetrtate deep into the material structure, thereby improving its properties. The material becomes waterproofing within thickness of penetration of the waterproofing material. And the value is not small. The components of Penetron get deep into the concrete structure to a depth of 90 cm. The concrete surface waterproofed by Penetron is not afraid of mechanical damages, it means you, for example, can safely hammer the concrete nails and suspend the shelfs into the wall of the cellar, through which water recently leaked out .
Penetron mixtures do not make the covering on the concrete.surface. During reaction capillaries, concrete microcracks are filled with insoluble crystals – they become an integral part of concrete structure. If the water is abcent, the growth of the crystals stops, if it emerges the crystals start growing again. While applying the waterproofing material the concrete surface should be damp. There is more humidity, Penetron works more effective,e.i. there is no mandatory need to dry the surface that is important in operative waterproofing. It is not required to dig out a wall in below grade constructions, the surfaces are treated by Penetron materials inside and outside alike. The concrete surfase treated by Penetron is capable to sustain the pressure of water equal to 20 atmospheres (a water column of 200 metres). Penetron is also applied on the surfaces where resistibility of concrete to mineral oil, solutions of acids, alkalis, salts is necessary. The application of Penetron in tanks with potable water is authorised. The concrete processed by the material of Penetron system increases firmness and frost resistance.
